Accommodation - Moore River Retreat
The retreat is held at Moore River in Guilderton. Accommodation consists of three queen bedrooms and a bunk room. All linen is provided.

To register and secure your place, you will need to complete this form and pay a $300 deposit (cheque, cash or direct deposit).

You will receive an invoice for the balance after successful registration.

The $300 deposit is due now to reserve your place on the retreat.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit of $300 is not refundable.

Cancellation after 1 month prior to the retreat will forfeit the full fee, unless we are able to register another participant for the retreat to fill your place.

In the unlikely case of the retreat being cancelled for any reason all money paid for the retreat itself will be refunded. However Robyn Sawatzky Yoga is not liable for any other expenses incurred or committed including travel expenses and other bookings related to your proposed participation in the retreat. We strongly recommend taking travel insurance to cover any such losses.

Agreement of Release And Waiver of Liability
I hereby agree to the following:

I am aware that participation in the physical activity of yoga may result in accident or injury, and I assume responsibility for the risks connected with my participation in this yoga retreat.

I release Robyn Sawatzky and Peace of Heart Yoga and it's Staff from any and all claims for injury or damage that may be sustained by me during the retreat including from the use of the premises and its surroundings, any equipment or asana technique, or instructions and activities prescribed.

I give permission for you to use my image in any photographs during the retreat.

It is my responsibility to ascertain any medical or other condition that may restrict my participation in yoga on the retreat. I hereby state that I am in good health and I understand the intensity of physical participation I have committed to.
